Here you will be able to view items in the lost and found, fill out a claim form for your missing item, and be informed on where to retrieve your item(s). 

To Claim an Item:

Please fill out the claim form, and enter the following information. 

• First and Last Name
• School (Middle or High)
• School Email
• Academic Hall Teacher
• Description of Item-"red hoodie" or "white sneakers"
